The place was impeccably clean and gorgeous, it had very very helpful staff specially in the reception Mr ahmed and his duty manager. The pool area was very clean and the location was lovely and fantastic, adjacent to famous restaurants and the football stadium. I ate in the rooftop restaurant nearby.

Room service comes with a wait that feels like an eternity. Connecting devices to the TV in the room is a hassle, and the pillows were uncomfortably firm. The pool could use partial coverage to make it swim-friendly in the extreme heat. Some electrical outlets around the room didn't work at all, complicating the charging of devices.

I appreciated being there, the place is fantastic and amazing.
The hotel was big size with a comfy and best possible location adjacent to lots of cafes, the club and the restaurant and the food quality. The meal served at the rooftop restaurant was savoury. I would recommend the place.

Accommodating and outstandingly accommodating staff, satisfactory breakfasts, good job!
Fantastic base for 1 night. New-fashioned room, exceptionally comfortable beds and large bathroom. The breakfasts for many tastes. 15 km to the airport. Fairly nice stay, as always.

And, might I add, the staff were clearly uninformed. I asked for a complimentary room upgrade as compensation for my miserable stay, but it seems that's beyond their service capabilities. So disappointing.

It is a new hotel concept in this part of the world, modernizing the reception and service, revising the facilities and ignoring the busy rococo style that has been in vogue in the Arab world. emphasis is on simplicity in all areas, without compromising service. staff may be struggling to get used to it for the time being, it's on the right track. layout of the rooms, colour scheme, facilities; everything has been very well thought out and architect has pulled off a feat by gluing his building to the new, equally futuristic football stadium.
Cleanliness in a few details. A hotel of this size with such a large rotation of guests, especially at this busy time of year around New Year's Day, can't go into too much detail, and I'd be wrong to complain, especially since I've checked in a little early in terms of time. However, the traces I noticed were not from yesterday and I kindly pointed them out at the reception desk. The layout of the bar on the terrace hides the view of the Jebel Hafeet from the swimmers in the pool. That's a pity! Because it would have been magical!. The rooms are well soundproofed from each other, however the door of the room, even with all the joints that one can imagine, lets through a lot of internal noise inside the hotel, a lot of commotion from families who take the corridor as a conversation room; some floor boys who instead of ringing the doorbells, walk along the corridor and knock on the doors with loud cries of "room service". You can hear them all the way through. The lack of clear floor markings on the landings from the elevator cars . The volume of music in the breakfast room is just a little too high: background music is expected to be appreciated when silence falls, not to cover the hollering of poorly educated children that their parents spoil in this beautiful hotel by not silencing them. A lack of internal coordination. I vacate the room at 09:45 in the morning. At 13:30 the reception calls me on my mobile phone to offer me help to take my luggage down... I confess I didn't understand.

Flipping lekker atmosphere, scherpe staff, made check-in smooth. The food was a real treat, and the pool area is a proper kuier spot! Just felt super chilled. I loved how comfy the bed was!
Valet parking was a bit of a jol, had to wait ages for my car.

The rooms have a good layout and for me, it's very original. The restaurant (when you pay for breakfast) has a good variety of meals and breakfast can be made very complete.

Near the stadium . Nice staff . Large shower . Comfortable beds
When entering the hotel one always had to pass a security lock... unfortunately, this is a little annoying.
